User profile
User registers in the system and is then allowed to fill in a request stating numbers and type of requested material.
The system does not allow to create two different profiles using the same E-mail adress and CRN number.
The users can easily view their already sent requests on their profile page and see if they are waiting or being processed.
Pending requests can be canceled should the need arise. The user will also be automatically invited to update and change their requests.
Administration profile
The input data to the system is the number of aids that are currently available.
The system allows you to assign priorities to the user profiles and recommends the quantity of items to be distributed based on it. It can be also set manually if necessary.
It is possible to filter and sort the list based on many categories.
The system then sends all the data to the dispensing point which invites the user to collect his consignment on a specific time and date.
The system communicates with users and invites them to update their reguests on regular basis.
